2.2 Payment confirms your booking and secures project time in Holly’s schedule.

2.3 Accepted payment methods include bank transfer.

2.4 Late or non-payment may result in project delays or cancellation.

3. Project Scope & Revisions

3.1 Scope of work will be defined in writing before the project starts.

3.2 Minor revisions are included as part of the service; significant changes may incur additional fees.

3.3 Any changes to the agreed scope must be confirmed in writing and may affect timelines and costs.

4. Client Responsibilities

4.1 Clients must provide all necessary content, access credentials, and feedback in a timely manner.

4.2 Delays in providing required materials may impact delivery timelines.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 HH Digital retains ownership of all original design and code until full payment is received.

5.2 Upon payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 HH Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and marketing materials.

6. Liability & Disclaimers

6.1 HH Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of services or website.

6.2 While best efforts are made to ensure accuracy and performance, no guarantees are made regarding search engine rankings, traffic, or conversions.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

7.1 Projects cancelled by the client after payment may be subject to partial refunds, depending on work completed.

7.2 HH Digital reserves the right to cancel a project due to non-cooperation, lack of communication, or breach of terms.

8. Governing Law

8.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
